Parenting isn’t always intuitive, especially when you’re navigating postpartum changes, your child’s big emotions, or their questions around gender identity. It’s easy to feel like you’re failing, even when you’re doing your absolute best. You might be exhausted, overwhelmed, or unsure how to support your child (or yourself) in a world that doesn’t always make it easy.

I offer a warm, accepting and affirming space where parents, children, youth and families can feel seen and understood. Whether you’re adjusting to life with a newborn or supporting a child exploring their identity, I’ll meet you with deep respect, curiosity, and compassion. I draw on over two decades of experience, and a blend of proven approaches like ACT, EFT, Narrative Therapy, CBT, DBT, Self-compassion and mindfulness to help you develop insight, clarity, confidence, and connection.

Clients often tell me they feel empowered, calmer, and more capable, both as individuals and as parents. You won’t leave sessions with judgment or pressure, but with tools, insights, and the grounded feeling that comes from being truly understood.

Life can feel like you’re running on an endless treadmill, balancing career, family, and health, all while quietly struggling with anxiety, panic attacks, brain fog, or the heavy weight of burnout. For many, the mind feels stuck in overdrive and the body follows suit, leaving you exhausted, irritable, and far from your best self.

Through the science of neurofeedback and the power of neuroplasticity, I help your brain return to its optimal state so it can do what it’s designed to do: heal, restore, and thrive. Whether you’re battling postpartum brain fog, ADHD, trauma, insomnia, or just feeling fried from “trying to do it all,” I provide brain training to calm the noise, restore balance, and help you feel like you again. My approach blends neuroscience with compassion, creating a space where you can rest, recharge, and grow stronger from the inside out.

Clients often tell me they’re sleeping better, thinking more clearly, feeling calmer, and responding to life’s challenges with greater resilience. For many, it’s not just about eliminating symptoms, it’s about unlocking potential, healing old wounds, and discovering new levels of emotional strength.

Experience

I’m a Certified Neurofeedback Trainer with a B.A. in Research Psychology and I am currently completing my Master’s in Counselling Psychology. My own healing journey with neurofeedback began after struggling with debilitating nocturnal panic attacks. Not only did those attacks vanish, but I experienced unexpected transformations, emotional resilience, freedom from old triggers, and healing from past relationship wounds. This first-hand transformation is why I’m passionate about helping others harness the same science-backed tools to reclaim their mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

Outside of sessions, you’ll find me enjoying Prince Edward County’s restaurants, unwinding with restorative Soul Floats at The Love Loft in Bloomfield, or connecting with inspiring women entrepreneurs. I’m endlessly curious about women’s health—fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, menopause, and healthy aging—and love exploring holistic ways to support these life stages with both science and heart.
